Mr. Sunil Bansal has laid the foundation for the company with his discipline, commitment and hard work. He has a cardinal position at Switcher as he motivates the team to strive excellence.
A graduate from Ramjas, Delhi University; he comes from a humble background but always aspire to be an entrepreneur. He started his business back in 1975 with a small unit of electrical miniature components, supplied to bigger brands and became their leading OEM supplier. In 2012 Shri Sunil Bansal established his own LED and switch gear brand- 'SWITCHER'.

Mr. Neelansh Bansal

Managing Director

A Bachelors in Engineering (Manufacturing process and Automation) from Delhi college of Engineering, and an MBA from Indian School of Business, Shri Neelansh Bansal is an important part of the company, looking after its operations with his father; Shri Sunil Bansal.
He has an instrumental role in setting up of the sales network for the company. His passionate and consistent working methodology has helped in creating assured quality products which are sustainable and innovative.
